Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as the Senior Director of Global Field Marketing. Lead a high-performing team across EMEA, AMER, and APJ, shaping global field strategy, driving pipeline growth, and overseeing regional campaigns, partner programs, and strategic events. Based in New York City, you will own the global field marketing strategy and execution, lead and mentor a distributed team, build a Field Marketing Center of Excellence, and partner with Sales. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns, lead partner marketing efforts, manage executive and customer-facing events, and build cross-functional partnerships. Success requires strong analytical skills, exceptional collaboration, and a bias for action.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, with a strong background in B2B tech or SaaS
- 5+ years leading high-performing, global teams
- Proven success developing and executing demand gen and ABM strategies that support sales pipeline
- Strong experience with partner marketing and event marketing programs at scale
- Deep familiarity with marketing tech stacks β including Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, 6sense
- Ability to analyze and act on data to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- A bias for action, a builderβs mindset, and a deep sense of accountability

Responsibilities
- Own the global field marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth and account influence across all regions
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of field marketers, growing the motion through hands-on execution and scalable strategy
- Build a Field Marketing Center of Excellence to support consistent best practices, field enablement, and regional alignment
- Partner closely with Sales on territory planning, account strategy, and customer engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns and strategic programs aligned to key market moments, audience needs, and business priorities
- Lead partner marketing efforts in collaboration with our alliances team β including co-branded events, campaigns, and go-to-market motions with strategic partners
- Own the strategy and execution of executive and customer-facing events , ensuring every program drives pipeline, strengthens relationships, and elevates the Wiz brand
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Digital, Events, and Comms to amplify field efforts
- Monitor performance through clear measurement plans and reporting cadences that align with sales and marketing goals
- Ensure all field programs are aligned with Wizβs brand, values, and commitment to customer success
