Summary

Join Haus, a rapidly growing marketing science platform, as their Field Event Marketing Lead! You will own the field marketing function, developing and executing strategies to boost brand presence and pipeline growth through in-person events. This role requires strong event planning and execution experience, a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to ensure events align with broader business goals. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of field event marketing experience, particularly in event planning, brand activations, and customer engagement
  • Deep knowledge of the tech ecosystem and an understanding of how events fit into the broader enterprise marketing landscape
  • Experience owning field marketing programs, managing end-to-end event logistics, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Based in North America and willing to travel for events as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Define the field marketing strategy that supports our overall company objectives, focusing on aligning events with broader business goals such as customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of events (including Haus-owned events, partner-sponsored events, conferences and summits, roadshows, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives and driving measurable outcomes
  • Manage all aspects of event coordination including: strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, speaking opportunities, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, logistics, and budget
  • Identify and secure strategic speaking opportunities at relevant industry events to increase brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Own post-event analysis and insights, ensuring that every event contributes to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and brand expansion
  • Innovate on event formats and engagement strategies to establish Haus as a leader in field marketing excellence

  • You have a talent for building relationships and communicating effectively, whether itโ€™s working with internal teams, managing external vendors, or engaging with event attendees
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable with ambiguity, and can manage last-minute changes calmly. When faced with challenges, you think on your feet, effectively prioritize, and problem-solve with innovative solutions
  • Youโ€™re comfortable analyzing KPIs like attendance, engagement, and ROI, and use this information to inform decision-making and continuously improve future events
  • You donโ€™t wait for solutions to come to you; you actively seek them out. Youโ€™re self-directed and constantly seek to learn and improve. You enjoy staying up-to-date on industry trends, new event technologies, and best practices to ensure your events remain fresh, exciting, and impactful
  • You can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of logistics, timelines, and budgets without losing sight of the big picture. You pride yourself on using events to drive growth and competitive advantage
