Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in managing events and marketing campaigns in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, preferably on an international scale
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal abilities, and confident interacting with senior personnel
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to track ROI of events and campaigns
  • Ability to work well in teams, particularly in collaboration with sales and creative departments

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage a variety of engaging and impactful events, including owned and third-party events (virtual, hybrid, and on-site)
  • Manage and track the assigned budget diligently
  • Oversee all event logistics, such as coordinating speakers, managing suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution on the event day
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize event impact and align with business objectives
  • Work closely with sales, partnerships, and customer teams to create and deliver an effective event strategy that drives pipeline and new client acquisition
  • Partner with design, content, and video teams to produce promotional materials such as emails, landing pages, social posts, and videos
  • Lead multi-channel promotional efforts to drive event registrations and attendance through email, social media, and other marketing channels
  • Write and proof-read creative content for campaigns and use automation tools to enhance performance
  • Monitor and report on the performance of events and campaigns to ensure ROI and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation tool)
  • Experience in working with Zoom, Bizzaboo or other virtual event platforms
