Join Nutrabolt as a Field Marketing Manager and play a key role in growing the C4 brand in South Texas. This remote, field-based position requires managing a team, executing marketing events, and building brand awareness. You will develop strategic plans, recruit and train team members, and oversee daily operations. Success in this role hinges on achieving sampling goals, expanding the trainer network, and driving sales. Requirements

  • Must be available to work varied days and hours (potentially nights and weekends)
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable under our companies policy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Great initiative, organization, and adaptability skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in executing logistical details, to include best practices, customer and employee needs, and short and long-term strategic plans
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutraboltโ€™s MVR policy guidelines
  • Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job

Responsibilities

  • Develop local strategic plans to reach consumers through planning, scheduling and field-level execution to authentically connect them to the C4 brand
  • Support our beverage distribution partners and sales teams by creating brand awareness in market, driving consumers to purchase, and executing local market plans
  • Recruit, train, monitor, and lead a Field Marketing team of within your assigned market
  • Oversee day-to-day operational duties
  • Understand key market trends in the local community
  • Identify opportunities & propose strategic initiatives to the regional marketing manager
  • Be a spokesperson and product expert, interacting with & educating consumers at scheduled sampling opportunities & events
  • Manage all on-site activations
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison of in-market activations
  • Occasionally participate in Sales Meetings
  • Oversee accurate reporting in our CRM tool (currently Repsly)
  • Manage and operate company vehicles
  • Manage inventory of marketing materials
  • Track team accruals as well as personal corporate credit card budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in Field Marketing
  • Proven experience in managing teams
  • A strong understanding of our brand
