Summary
Join Nutrabolt as a Field Marketing Manager and become a crucial part of growing the C4 brand in your assigned territory in Dallas, TX. You will lead a team, execute marketing initiatives, and build brand awareness. This remote, field-based position requires travel within the Dallas area and occasionally outside of it. You will develop strategic plans, manage a team, oversee operations, and report on results. Success in this role will be measured by sampling goals, trainer network growth, demo conversions, partnerships, and store volume lift. - Must be available to work varied days and hours (potentially nights and weekends)
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable under our companies policy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Develop local strategic plans to reach consumers through planning, scheduling and field-level execution to authentically connect them to the C4 brand
- Support our beverage distribution partners and sales teams by creating brand awareness in market, driving consumers to purchase, and executing local market plans
- Recruit, train, monitor, and lead a Field Marketing team of within your assigned market
- Oversee day-to-day operational duties
- Understand key market trends in the local community
- Identify opportunities & propose strategic initiatives to the regional marketing manager
- Be a spokesperson and product expert, interacting with & educating consumers at scheduled sampling opportunities & events
- Manage all on-site activations
- Act as a cross-functional liaison of in-market activations
- Occasionally participate in Sales Meetings
- Oversee accurate reporting in our CRM tool (currently Repsly)
- Manage and operate company vehicles
- Manage inventory of marketing materials
- Track team accruals as well as personal corporate credit card budgeting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ yearsβ experience in Field Marketing
- Proven experience in managing teams
- A strong understanding of our brand
