Requirements
- 6+ years high-tech field marketing for B2B, SaaS or Cybersecurity companies
- Proven success delivering, accelerating and expanding Sales pipeline via field marketing
- Strong understanding of Demand Generation with measurable results developing programs to drive ROI
- Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
- Low ego, high intellectual curiosity
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to craft marketing strategies while executing in partnership with various stakeholders
- Research, recommend and execute targeted regional marketing plans that can drive awareness and generate Sales pipeline
- Source and prioritize investments in events, campaigns and other marketing programs
- Manage event logistics from planning through follow-up
- Ensure alignment with global marketing programs and initiatives
- Track, measure and report on key metrics across programs
- Understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed
- Collaborate with peers across channels, including product marketing, digital media, press and analyst relations
