Join ZEDEDA as their EMEA Field Marketing Manager and support the business and sales teams through innovative marketing strategies and execution. Responsibilities include partnering with sales, developing and executing marketing strategies, working with cross-functional teams, monitoring metrics, collaborating with Product Marketing, managing budgets, building relationships with vendors, executing account-based programs, working with channel teams, and overseeing regional marketing programs and events. The role requires 5+ years of marketing experience, experience with technology companies selling to global enterprises, a track record of successful campaigns, deep understanding of event operations, data-driven decision-making, and a consistent track record of meeting pipeline targets. Familiarity with edge computing is a plus. Compensation includes a base pay between €100,000 and €110,000, equity, and benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Marketing experience with a focus on partnering with regional sales teams to drive pipeline
- Experience working for technology companies selling to global enterprises
- Track record of designing and executing high-performing, integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth
- Deep understanding of event operations, agency management and industry standards for events targeting the enterprise segment
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of delivering against pipeline targets
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on priorities, build and evolve effective marketing plans that meet/exceed pipeline goals
- Develop and execute customer-driven, regional marketing strategies and programs to increase brand awareness, demand, pipeline, product usage, retention and expansion
- Work closely with teams across marketing to execute launches, integrated campaigns, and account-based marketing plans
- Closely monitor metrics to measure program effectiveness. Analyze data to optimize programs and demonstrate ROI to senior management
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to enhance execution and maximize sponsorship opportunities
- Execute targeted account-based programs for prospects and current customers
- Work with channel teams to develop field co-marketing motions with top partners
- Oversee the planning and execution of regional marketing programs, events, and campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth
