Summary

Join our team as a Field Marketing Manager (FMM) and become the "CMO" for your assigned segments, owning the marketing strategy and execution to achieve business goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders to develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with global frameworks while addressing local needs. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills. The position is based in San Antonio, TX (preferred, hybrid schedule) or remote within the USA. A Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in field marketing or 10 years in various marketing disciplines are required. The compensation range varies by state due to pay transparency legislation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or regional equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute the degree requirement
  • At least 8 years of experience in Field Marketing or 10 years in various marketing disciplines, preferably within IT or B2B environments
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with business goals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams
  • Highly resourceful and self-driven, with a strong focus on data analysis and decision-making
  • Comfortable operating in a global structure, aligning regional and global priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the Private Cloud business unit's goals and Americas priorities
  • Act as the focal point for key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including central, product, and partner marketing, among other disciplines, to ensure alignment and successful program delivery
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies and measure the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Manage and optimize the use of tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to support campaigns and stakeholder engagement
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, demonstrating resourcefulness and agility

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus
