Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the industry
• Background should include the ability to successfully handle multiple challenges, prioritize responsibilities, and effectively lead a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project and deployment schedules for the field operations team to ensure efficient execution of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish field visit objectives and align them with company goals
• Coordinate and manage field-based projects from inception to completion by monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the project remains on track
• With the Product Operations Manager, manage team schedules, tasks, and assignments, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure retention and ease crisis management
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on field operations status
• Identify and assess potential risks in field operations and implement mitigations
• With the Product Operations Manager, analyze feedback from field teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance field operations
