Field Sales Representative

Summary

Join Booksy's global team as a Field Sales Representative in Orlando and help expand our presence by empowering small businesses. You will build face-to-face relationships, share business solutions, and manage a pipeline of potential clients. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, a results-driven attitude, and excellent client communication. Prior field sales experience is preferred, along with fluency in English and Spanish. Requirements

• Prior exposure to field sales (2-4 years preferred)
• Residency in Orlando and a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to drive to client locations
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with sales process focused on onboarding / activation
• Results-driven attitude with a motivation and track record of exceeding sales target

Responsibilities

• Expand Booksy's presence and empower small businesses
• Build face-to-face relationships with potential clients
• Share business solutions with potential clients
• Manage a pipeline of potential clients
• Leverage cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach to grow your book of business
• Attend industry events
• Conduct demos of the app
• Educate clients on the app’s features

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Beauty industry
• Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies
• Experience working with small business clients
• Experience with utilizing Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline
