Requirements

• Experience in cold calling or similar roles
• Strong customer-oriented approach with exceptional listening, persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and accountability skills, ensuring the ability to consistently meet established targets
• Positive and proactive attitude, combined with commitment, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Conversational level English language skills

Responsibilities

• Target beauty businesses
• Prospect new customers mainly through cold calling and social media
• Offer a product demo
• Help with initial product setup according to customer needs
• Ensure completion of the sign-up process
• Collaborate with the Onboarding team for account activation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce
• Experience in the beauty or tech sector
• Proficiency in Spanish
