Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, one to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
- Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Travel to customer and/or vendor sites to inspect systems/parts as needed
- Perform service calls including: Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Repairs, installation/de-installations, and calibrations on all assigned medical imaging equipment using manuals, test equipment, measuring instruments, hand tools/power tools, and specialized knowledge
- Travel locally and across the country
- Respond to service calls from customers to evaluate and rectify valid operator complaints and concerns
- Perform all service within the manuals specifications
- Work with other imaging engineers, OEM and operators to resolve equipment related problems
- Conduct and comply within specifications and policies providing quality assurance records and reports
- Complete all associated FSRs to each service call and submit no later than 48 hours
- Develop good working relationships with Department staff, directors, and leads with the repairs and maintenance, installations and de-installations
- Manage all in-bound and out-bound parts: core exchanges and returns
- Provide tech support calls when needed with the customer or any other RSTI employee
- Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients
- Work after hours to complete a job as needed
- Assist in managing remote inventories, shipments and exchange tracking
- Assist in procurement of diagnostic imaging parts
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in X-Ray technology or related field is a plus
