Field Service Representative

Summary

Join Floral Image North America as a Sales Representative and enjoy a dynamic role focused on retaining, refreshing, and expanding our customer base of lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays. This position involves daily travel throughout the New Jersey/NYC area, visiting clients and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be provided with a company vehicle and cell phone. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with face-to-face interactions and driving predetermined routes. This full-time salaried position offers dental, medical, and other benefits, with opportunities for additional commission. Prior sales and customer service experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Support the wider team effort through retaining, refreshing arrangements, and expanding our customer base
• Drive sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Expand customer base
• Daily driving around the New Jersey/ NYC area and visiting customers
• Refresh floral arrangements monthly
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience
