Summary
Join a vibrant team in a dynamic Property Management organization as an Entry Level Finance Administrator to assist with day-to-day financial operations, prepare invoices and accounts payable, support the finance team, and perform other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- No prior work experience required (internships welcomed)
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and processing invoices and accounts payable
- Support the finance team in maintaining financial records
- Help in the preparation of financial reports
- Participate in payroll processing
- Assist with data entry and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
