Summary

Join a vibrant team in a dynamic Property Management organization as an Entry Level Finance Administrator to assist with day-to-day financial operations, prepare invoices and accounts payable, support the finance team, and perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • No prior work experience required (internships welcomed)
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and processing invoices and accounts payable
  • Support the finance team in maintaining financial records
  • Help in the preparation of financial reports
  • Participate in payroll processing
  • Assist with data entry and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
