Summary

Join Creatunity LLC's finance team as a Finance Assistant! Support the Head of Finance in daily operations, from budgeting and reporting to reconciliations. Responsibilities include financial administration, team support, data management, bookkeeping and reporting, payroll and compliance, and collaboration on projects. The ideal candidate possesses a finance or accounting degree (preferred), at least one year of QuickBooks Online experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. This fully remote position offers a monthly performance bonus, health insurance reimbursement, WFH upgrade allowance, paid time off, and company holidays.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint ) and Google Suite
  • Experience using ClickUp for task management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial documents , reports , and records
  • Process invoices , expense reports , and purchase orders
  • Maintain digital filing systems for financial documents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings , calls , and calendars for the finance team
  • Enter financial data into spreadsheets , databases , and accounting systems (e.g., Bill.com, QBO)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks under supervision
  • Help prepare financial reports , statements , and budgets
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
  • Assist with payroll processing and management
  • Participate in audits and compliance testing
  • Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams
  • Take part in ad hoc financial projects as assigned by the Finance Manager

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in administrative or finance support is a plus
