Requirements

• MBO – Financial background
• 2 to 3 years relevant finance experience
• Experience with Exact Globe and Exact Synergy or similar software
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritize
• Good Dutch and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Correct and on time registration of the financial administration
• Supporting the Finance Manager in day to day tasks
• Processing and booking of incoming invoices and bank statements
• Preparing payment batches
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Chasing overdue payments
• Managing employee expenses claims
• Supporting the preparation of monthly reporting and annual accounts
