Summary

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar
  • Previous experience with using Xero
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great team player
  • The ability to work independently and to work on tight deadlines
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word , Powerpoint etc
  • Basic understanding of double entry

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts email address and developing strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Managing and processing quarterly VAT
  • Managing monthly task schedules, bookkeeping and all ledgers (sales/purchases)
  • Assist in preparation of the managements accounts and ad hoc finance tasks (accruals, prepayments, fixed asset register)
  • Assisting with payroll and pension uploads
  • Supporting finance team during audit period and fund raise
  • Processing expenses
