Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or economic field
• +6 years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner or Head of Finance
• Professional qualifications, including completing an internationally recognized accounting designation such as CPA, ACA, ACMA, or ACCA
• Experience working with business requirements
• Ability to make complex decisions and rationalize them according to others
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with a large amount of information
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage upcoming deliverables
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with business lines to deliver strategic financial insights
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop financial models to aid decision-making
• Provide periodic reporting for senior management
• Deliver financial literacy training to staff
• Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
• Review client accounts and projects to identify risks and underperformance of finances early
• Undertake due diligence research on acquisitions and mergers
• Communicate opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintaining relationships across the business

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with financial software is a plus
