Preferred Qualifications

  • Part-qualified (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or working toward a qualification is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in a startup or SaaS environment – You’re comfortable with change, ambiguity, and lean processes, and you understand the rhythms of recurring revenue and subscription models
  • Working with data or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) – You’re confident building or interpreting dashboards, and turning data into actionable insights
  • Exposure to budgeting or financial modelling – You’ve supported or built simple models in Excel/Google Sheets to help others make decisions

  • Process improvement mindset – You’re not just a doer - you love finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done
