Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or HR department
  • Demonstrated knowledge of finance and accounting principles

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the processing of financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and expense claims
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial and HR reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance and HR departments as required

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus
