This fully remote, freelance position requires a Master's degree in Finance or a related field, at least 5 years of professional experience in various finance areas, and advanced English proficiency (C1 or above). Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating finance specialists is essential. Contribute to improving AI quality while maintaining flexibility to accommodate other commitments.

Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Finance or related area
• You have a t least 5 years of professional experience in the following fields: Financial Forecasting, Risk Management, International Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Mathematical Finance, Public Finance, Behavioural Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Finance Technology, Algorithmic Trading
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• You have experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates, particularly in recruiting finance specialists (students or experts) for scientific or academic projects
