Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups
• At least 3 years of IT implementation experience in large organizations
• Demonstrable experience in building startups and projects from the ground up
• A solid understanding of AI and its applications
• Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies
• Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design
• Fluency in both Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership
• Spearhead sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Drive the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health
• Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the company's core values
