Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Accuracy and reliability in handling financial data and reporting
  • Empathy and understanding of working with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Process, monitor, and manage AR
  • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP)
  • Audit financial information to ensure all processes align with financial policies and regulatory standards
  • Support tax filings, regulatory reporting, and other compliance-related activities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Adapt to ongoing system changes and integrations, ensuring smooth financial operations as the company grows
  • Assist in implementing and improving financial processes to align with new acquisitions and business strategies
  • Maintain financial records and ensure all financial policies and regulations are met

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA) or other ERP systems is a plus, with the flexibility to learn new systems as they are integrated
  • Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting
  • Leadership skills, with the potential to take on greater responsibility over time
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues across functions
