Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Ideally 3+ years of experience post grad
• Proven experience in a financial exchange, clearing organization or payment processing company with a high transaction volume
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a team mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee a high volume of financial transactions, tracking money inflows and outflows from various sources
• Generate daily reports to provide a snapshot of financial activity, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
• Continuously monitor and optimize financial processes to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to financial regulations
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide valuable insights to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact our operations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and achieve operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master's degree is a plus
• Those specific to financial exchanges, clearing organizations and FCMs are a plus
• NetSuite experience is a plus
