Join Superside's Finance Operations team as Finance Manager to lead and scale the team, managing two specialists and overseeing global finance operations. You will own and scale the Finance Operations function, overseeing vendor payments, improving the order-to-cash process, managing global compensation, optimizing cash management, implementing finance systems, contributing to the finance tech roadmap, ensuring smooth audit and reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leading team development. This role requires a recognized finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA), 4+ years of post-qualification experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or online businesses), proven experience managing finance operations and leading small teams, hands-on expertise with finance systems and process automation, and strong communication skills. A proactive, self-directed mindset and collaborative attitude are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with global payments and distributed teams.
Requirements
- A recognized finance or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)
- 4+ years of experience post-qualification, ideally in tech, SaaS, or online businesses
- Proven experience managing finance operations and leading small teams
- Hands-on expertise with finance systems and process automation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Own and scale the Finance Operations function, managing a team of two specialists
- Oversee vendor payments and credit card platforms, ensuring timely, accurate payouts
- Lead and improve our end-to-end order-to-cash process, supporting our subscription revenue model and optimizing working capital
- Manage global compensation processes, including variable pay across 700+ team members in 57+ countries
- Optimize cash management across Supersideโs US parent company and international subsidiaries
- Implement and maintain finance systems and tools that improve efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to the Finance tech & automation roadmap
- Ensure smooth audit and reporting processes through accurate and timely operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams on financial planning, analysis, and special projects
- Lead, coach, and support your teamโs growth and professional development
