Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree is a plus (irrelevant of field)
• Proven experience with Excel
• Actively participating in the team
• Ability to work in an autonomous and responsible way
• Work according to precise rules and complete tasks within the set time limit
• Good organisation skills
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, written and spoken, any other language used within our company network is a plus

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining more advanced customer accounts and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Processing more advanced sales contracts and deals, adhering to established guidelines and policies
• Modification of invoices to align with customer preferences and needs, providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate proactively with other teams to identify areas for operational enhancement and automation
• Focus on streamlining billing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
• Be the go-to person for new team members and provide training
