Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or accounting support roles
  • Strong knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting software)
  • Experience with payroll processing and compliance reporting (BAS, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Process invoices and reconcile financial transactions using Xero
  • Prepare and submit BAS and other compliance-related documents
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee payments
  • Generate financial reports for management review
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
  • Support financial administrative tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Halaxy or other financial platforms
