Summary
Join Eurofins Scientific, a global leader in testing services, as a Financial Analyst. Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities, including client program results. Support the development of the annual budget and operating plan, maintain key operating, financial, and client metrics databases, and support transaction processing for business operations. Maintain confidentiality and impartiality, apply good practices, and demonstrate company vision. Conduct all activities safely and efficiently. This full-time position offers excellent benefits.
Requirements
- Accounting and Financial Management β A solid working understanding of core accounting principles and financial measurement and management
- Analysis and Technology Tools β Advanced knowledge on analysis methods and applicable technology tools including Excel and basic data base applications to support business operations through financial and KPI measurement and management
- Administration and Management β Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Customer and Personal Service β Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- HS Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Accounting/finance experience
- KPI measurement and management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer and staff
- Detail oriented with documentation
- Strategic planning
- Self-motivated
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent technical writing ability
- Works well under pressure and handles adverse situations

Responsibilities
- Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities including client program results
- Support development of annual budget and operating plan
- Maintain database of key operating, financial and client metrics
- Support transaction processing for business operations including management of staff responsible for transaction processing
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its clients
- Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
