Financial Analyst

Summary

Join re:Members as a Financial Analyst and translate financial insights into impactful business strategies. You will develop and maintain financial models, conduct variance analysis, and support decision-making. This role involves working with accounting information systems, ERP platforms, and large datasets using SQL and other financial software. Collaboration with various teams is crucial to align financial systems with business objectives. Requirements

• Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
• Worked for 2-4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role with a focus on AIS or ERPs
• Are proficient with query writing (SQL preferred), system integration and financial software tools
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies and present complex data to non-financial stakeholders
• Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models
• Conduct variance analysis
• Provide strategic insights to support decision-making
• Support the implementation, integration, and enhancement of Accounting Information Systems and ERP platforms
• Utilize SQL and financial software tools to analyze large datasets, streamline financial processes, and improve reporting accuracy
• Partner with finance, IT, and business teams to align financial systems with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency
