Summary

Join Dionach, a growing information security company, as their Financial Controller! Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for all Dionach finance matters, managing complex financial operations across multiple regions (UK and US). This standalone role requires proven experience in a similar position and a professional accounting qualification (or working towards one). You will be a key part of a local and international team supporting business growth post-acquisition. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a standalone finance role, with the capability to manage complex financial operations across multiple regions (UK and US)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hold a professional accounting qualification, or working towards qualification, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent university degree

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage all aspects of the financial operations, including
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and management accounts
  • Budget development, financial forecasting, and performance monitoring
  • Creation of statutory and ad hoc financial reports
  • Management of monthly payroll processes
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify areas for cost efficiency and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support strategic decision-making across the organisation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a finance role in a company post-acquisition
  • The desire to work in a growing and dynamic organisation at the cutting edge of cyber security consulting
  • Prior experience working with senior financial stakeholders and across multiple business entities
  • Experience of working across business entities
