Join Booksy as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst and support the Senior Manager in preparing financial plans, budgets, and analyses for SaaS revenue and related metrics and costs across multiple geographical regions. This role involves data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting to senior management. You will analyze financial data, assist in budgeting and forecasting, support cost analysis and headcount forecasting, prepare financial reports and dashboards, develop and maintain financial models, and ensure accurate data collection and analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. This is a fully remote position, ideal for driven self-starters who thrive in a rapidly changing environment. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or budgeting, preferably at a SaaS company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, spreadsheet proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Ability to work with large datasets and practical understanding of SQL will be a huge asset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, modeling, and reporting
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and provide insights on SaaS revenue metrics, including subscription growth, churn rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with the Senior Manager
- Support cost analysis, headcount forecasting for the sales team and other operational areas
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for financial analysis
