Summary

The job is for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist in the Finance and Administration team at Devtech, a global digital innovation company. The role involves developing and maintaining weekly dashboards and KPI reporting, preparing monthly management accounts, producing cost center reports, taking ownership of the annual budgeting process, enabling data-driven organization, collaborating with senior leadership to improve business performances, and creating investment and valuation models for equity fundraising.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Advanced user of Excel and Power BI (or Tableau)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • High level of commercial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain weekly Dashboards & KPI reporting
  • Prepare monthly management accounts reporting and key variance analysis
  • Produce monthly costs center reports, analyze cost deviations, and business partnering with functional owners to support the decision-making process and to increase cost awareness
  • Take ownership of the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts
  • Enable data-driven organization, ensure the alignment of Dynamics 365 CRM and Project Operations data with reporting requirements in Business Central and Power BI, and lead automation of forecasting and reporting process
  • Create and maintain business modelling aligned with long-term buy-and-build growth strategy; produce investment and valuation models to support equity fundraising process and scaling the business
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team to improve business performances and to identify cost savings, provide ad-hoc analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Business Central (or NAV)
  • Professional qualification such as ACCA or CFA
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Serbian
