As a key member of the Marketing and Communications Team, you will support Go-to-Market strategies, conduct market research, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and provide insights that guide product development and positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, product marketing, product management, demand generation or content marketing, within a SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Support Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategies for products and services by collaborating closely with product management and business units
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights that guide product development and positioning
  • Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Work with product managers and marketing teams to create training materials for sales channels and contribute to digital campaigns, events, and other key marketing initiatives
  • Maintain Competitive Landscape: Help develop and update the competitive landscape to provide sales and product management teams with insights on industry strengths and weaknesses
  • Feature & Service Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to provide insights that support product roadmap planning and strategy
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales enablement teams to develop training materials and assessments aimed at improving the sales and client experience
  • Assist in Pricing & Packaging: Support the development of pricing and packaging strategies for products and services through market analysis and competitive benchmarking
  • Content Development: Assist in creating thought leadership content for external publications, speaking engagements, and professional networking opportunities within the industry
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop compelling product messaging for both internal and external audiences
  • Performance Metrics: Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed
  • Presentation Support: Help prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, and external audiences
