Requirements
- Expertise in accounting principles (e.g., debits and credits) and financial processes
- Technical proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and data integrations
- Proven problem-solving skills to independently resolve system-related issues
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities with cross-functional teams
- Experience with tools like Intacct, Adaptive Planning, ZIP, Expensify, and Avalara
- Ability to document processes effectively and implement automation solutions
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects with a Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for procurement processes and systems, including software tracking and cost management
- Oversee procurement workflows and configure approval flows in the ZIP procurement system
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ERP and procurement system features, resolving issues and minimizing escalations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions for complex financial and accounting challenges
- Enhance Adaptive Planning and manage HRIS integrations, including payroll and expense reporting
- Automate recurring manual tasks and maintain system documentation to support organizational knowledge
- Manage and deliver system improvement projects, ensuring accurate documentation and user acceptance testing (UAT)
