Summary

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Partner with the founders and leadership team to set and implement our company’s priorities
• Collaborate with the leadership team on internal organizational projects, ensuring successful execution and follow-through
• Own and drive organizational processes such as company planning, company-wide touchpoints
• Take full ownership of special projects, launching new initiatives from the ground up and seeing them through from idea to execution
• Manage internal communications to ensure alignment across the organization on goals and objectives
• Act as a key point of contact for investor communications, helping prepare updates, reports, and presentations
• Support the creation of strategic documents and recommendations to help guide decision-making processes
• Ensure organizational health by fostering a culture of efficiency and clarity in all operational activities
