Junior Media Buyer

Summary

Join our team as a Meta Ad Builder / Junior Media Buyer in a remote, part-time position with the possibility of full-time work. Responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ads for eCommerce clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, particularly in the eCommerce space
• Strong understanding of Meta ad platforms, including Ads Manager, Power Editor, and associated tools
• Familiarity with ad creative best practices, audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing environment

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and schedule Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads based on provided strategies and guidelines
• Manage the creation of approximately 50 to 100 ads per week, ensuring all ads meet the required specifications and objectives
• Implement ad variations, targeting, and scheduling to optimize performance
• Monitor and analyze ad performance to ensure campaigns are meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Make data-driven recommendations to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with the founder to refine ad strategies based on performance insights
• Provide regular updates on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and next steps
• Use Meta’s analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and others
• Work directly with the founder to execute ad campaigns according to the company’s growth strategy
• Maintain clear communication regarding campaign progress, challenges, and results
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks related to media buying and digital marketing as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as an ad buyer or in a similar digital marketing role is preferred
