Summary
Join Secfix's growing team and play a key role in driving demand generation. You will own and drive demand generation, working closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams. This role involves identifying ideal customers, crafting compelling messages, and testing creative approaches to spark interest in Secfix's compliance automation product. You will collaborate cross-functionally, learn quickly, and make a visible impact. Secfix is a remote-first company automating security compliance for startups and SMBs in Europe. The ideal candidate has 0.5–2 years of experience in a relevant field and excellent communication skills in English and German.
Requirements
- English (fluent) and German (C2 level)
- 0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startup
Responsibilities
- Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline
- Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales
- Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance
- Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions
- Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements
- Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth
