Summary

Join Keeper, a fast-growing company revolutionizing bookkeeping with its all-in-one tool, as their Founding Recruiter in Sales. You will be the first full-time in-house recruiter, responsible for finding, qualifying, and attracting top talent to join the Sales team. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the best tech stack to succeed. You will be tasked with hiring 20+ new high-quality SDRs in a short timeframe. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced in sales recruitment within the SaaS industry. This is a hands-on role requiring outbound candidate outreach and management of the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Your personality & people skills make people want to work with you
  • You can take an ambitious idea, like finding & hiring 20 SDRs in 6 weeks, and make it happen in 5 weeks
  • Picking up the phone and calling potential candidates is part of your daily routine
  • You have a chip on your shoulder and want to prove you will be a future VP
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales recruitment within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success in sales positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Hire great SDRs, AEs, and other supporting roles in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, etc
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
  • Regularly meet with the Sales Leadership team to provide pipeline updates and align on staffing needs and requirements
  • Outbound to prospective candidates
  • Cold call prospective candidates
  • Cold text prospective candidates
  • Cold email prospective candidates
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
