FP&A Analyst

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of financial statements
• Autonomous, “figure it out” mentality – comfortable and willing to dig into problems without complete information
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with desire and curiosity to learn at the intersection of strategy and operations
• Superior attention to detail skills

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or more key deliverables that the FP&A team is responsible for as part of month-end close (dependent on manager)
• Take on ad hoc inbound requests coming from cross-functional teams and leadership
• Work with rest of FP&A team to partner with cross-functional leaders on department-specific initiatives
• Learn and grow in their role, building their intuitive understanding of Bloomerang’s business and of the inner-workings of a software + payments business model

• The salary range for this position is: $72,000-$108,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus
