FP&A Analyst

Summary

Join Cutover as our FP&A Manager and contribute to our financial success. You will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and proven ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a SaaS organization, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Requirements

• 3-6 years’ experience as a FP&A Manager, Analyst or other similar role preferably in a SaaS organization
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility
• Strong business acumen and working knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced MS Excel or Gsheet modeling skills
• Advanced MS Powerpoint or GSlide skills
• Proven ability to influence and build positive, trusting relationships with all stakeholders
• Curious mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets and business plans
• Generate forecasts based on business initiatives
• Monitor and update cash runway
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Conduct variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
• Provide insight to support strategic decision-making by developing financial models
• Provide scenario analyses
• Benchmark against peers and market trends
• Make recommendations
• Collaborate with teams across the organization driving financial support for improved insights
• Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives by enhancing financial planning systems and reporting processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tool
• Experience with an analytics platform such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or PowerBI
