Summary
Join Cutover as our FP&A Manager and contribute to our financial success. You will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, and proven ability to build relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a SaaS organization, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Requirements
- 3-6 yearsβ experience as a FP&A Manager, Analyst or other similar role preferably in a SaaS organization
- Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility
- Strong business acumen and working knowledge of accounting principles
- Advanced MS Excel or Gsheet modeling skills
- Advanced MS Powerpoint or GSlide skills
- Proven ability to influence and build positive, trusting relationships with all stakeholders
- Curious mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets and business plans
- Generate forecasts based on business initiatives
- Monitor and update cash runway
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Conduct variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
- Provide insight to support strategic decision-making by developing financial models
- Provide scenario analyses
- Benchmark against peers and market trends
- Make recommendations
- Collaborate with teams across the organization driving financial support for improved insights
- Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives by enhancing financial planning systems and reporting processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
- Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tool
- Experience with an analytics platform such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or PowerBI
