Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience; ideally in investment banking, private equity or a startup finance function
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills; proficiency with planning tools a plus
  • Ability to think in frameworks to understand and break down complex, abstract problems
  • Exceptional organizational skill, attention to detail, and a high bar for operational excellence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks to ensure company success
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical processes, leveraging financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and financial alignment across the organization
  • Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls
