Summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a highly experienced FP&A Manager to join their Finance team. The candidate will collaborate with department leaders, the Finance team, and the Data team to provide strategic insight and support in financial planning, ensure accountability among business leaders, and lead the development of robust financial models, forecasts, and reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, and data analysis, along with exceptional numerical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Strong background in finance, accounting, and data analysis
• Exceptional numerical and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A with a demonstrated track record of driving and implementing successful cost reduction initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling tools
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of advising and influencing executive stakeholders
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines
• A strong interest in blockchain technology and a commitment to continuous learning in the industry
