Join Demandbase's dynamic finance team as an experienced FP&A Sr. Analyst. This role involves supporting leadership with forecasting and insights to drive profitability and strategic decision-making. You will consolidate financial forecasts, support global headcount reporting, and partner with various teams on forecasting activities. Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role with 3 years of experience or more
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel — comfortable building and enhancing models to support complex business decisions
- Excellent communication skills — able to confidently present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and the metrics that drive them
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and bring forward ideas that drive continuous improvement
- Someone who’s excited to play a key role in shaping strategic financial decisions and contributing to a high-impact, collaborative team
Responsibilities
- Support the consolidation of financial forecasts across all three financial statements — P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Support global headcount reporting and analytics, including regular updates for leadership and close collaboration with the People and Recruiting teams
- Support hosting and COGS-related costs forecasting activities across multiple vendors in partnership with the Cloud Engineering team
- Partner with Accounting to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly expense forecast, ensuring alignment with financial close processes
- Collaborate with Procurement on PO approvals, data integrity, and assessing impacts on expense and cash forecasts
- Drive the annual planning process and manage ongoing Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) analysis
- Serve as the system owner for the financial planning tool, ensuring it is used consistently, efficiently, and effectively across the FP&A team
