Requirements
- Bachelors in business administration, engineering, economics, accounting or similar
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles
- Knowledge of the main Financial Statements: Balance sheets, P&L and Cash Flow
- Experience in Financial Modeling
- Fluency in English
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and concise messages for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Review of the monthly financial statement
- Interact with the investors, being responsible for dealing with their ad hoc analysis
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business performance metrics
- Develop and enhance financial measurement reporting tools
- Prepare and coordinate internal and monthly reports
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Measure and analyze the KPIs, interact with other departments to understand the current scenario, and provide this view
- Prepare financial viability analysis of new investments
- Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans in collaboration with functional teams
- Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and trends for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow
- Prepare insightful financial presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities
- Support investor relations activities, including preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and responding to inquiries from analysts and investors
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis processes, leveraging technology and automation tools where appropriate
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform financial analysis and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS Industry
- Power BI / Data Studio skills preferred
- VBA preferred
- SQL / Python
- Experience with investor relations (preferred)
