Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting software
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Typically, 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on GTM or similar functions
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for GTM teams
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing, such as customer acquisition costs, revenue growth, quota attainment, and market penetration
- Provide actionable insights to senior management to optimize GTM strategies and improve financial performance
- Identify and explain variances between actual results and forecasts, offering recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with FP&A, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with business objectives
- Create custom reports and dashboards to track GTM performance and support decision-making
- Build trust with key stakeholders through data accuracy, process transparency, and proactive analytics
