Summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in FP&A with a GTM focus and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting software
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on GTM or similar functions
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for GTM teams
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing, such as customer acquisition costs, revenue growth, quota attainment, and market penetration
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to optimize GTM strategies and improve financial performance
  • Identify and explain variances between actual results and forecasts, offering recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with FP&A, sales, and marketing, to align financial goals with business objectives
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to track GTM performance and support decision-making
  • Build trust with key stakeholders through data accuracy, process transparency, and proactive analytics
