Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective franchise partners through networking, marketing, and outreach
  • Guide candidates through the franchise discovery and onboarding process
  • Conduct market research to evaluate territory potential and trends
  • Support franchisees in achieving business goals through performance analysis and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure consistent brand delivery and growth
  • Represent the company at franchise expos, industry events, and discovery days
