Summary

Join Pipe's risk team as a Fraud Operations Analyst in this full-time, fully remote position. You will be responsible for reviewing and deciding on daily fraud applications, improving fraud KPIs, providing feedback on fraud trends, and managing multiple tasks effectively. This role requires 3-7 years of experience in fraud operations, particularly with new credit product applications or card transaction fraud management. Pipe offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $90,000-$110,000, excellent benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, generous parental leave, flexible vacation and work hours, and top-of-the-line equipment. Requirements

  • 3-7 years’ experience in fraud operations especially with decisioning of new credit product applications and/or card transaction fraud management
  • Deep knowledge of fraud management principles and fraud operations
  • Strong knowledge of industry leading fraud solutions from 3rd parties
  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities with an attention to detail in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to make decisions with confidence
  • Collaborative spirit and relational work style with proven operating success in a diverse team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Action daily applications pended into the fraud queue. Review the information elements on these cases thoroughly and decision them as per procedures
  • Drive improved performance on established Fraud KPI’s achieving desired function objectives to drive reduction in fraud loss while reducing disruption/ improving experience for genuine applicants
  • Provide feedback regarding active trends and observations from reviewed cases which creates a strong feedback loop into fraud strategy that helps to enhance fraud defenses and pickup emerging fraud threats
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity, sense of urgency and delivering quality decisions on cases reviewed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing fraud operations within a mobile environment based new application decisioning is highly desired
  • Experience with KYC & KYB onboarding processes is desired
