Summary

Join Amplitude's GTM Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and play a critical role in managing global forecasting and renewal operations. You will partner with the Strategic Enterprise business, supporting the global business and the Strategic Americas segment. This high-impact role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with B2B SaaS, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing the global sales forecast, maintaining forecasting models, driving cross-functional alignment, providing analytical support, and partnering with GTM leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Business Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment, strong executive presence, and advanced Excel and data modeling skills. Requirements

  • Experience with innovative, high performing, and fast paced revenue organizations at a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS company
  • Strong executive presence and an ability to communicate effectively with your peers, senior field leadership, and executive team
  • Strong business acumen and distinctive problem solving and analysis skills
  • Ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
  • Experience taking a structured approach to solving unique business problems
  • Stakeholder management experience - with strong communication and influencing skills
  • An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. Works well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Business Analytics in a B2B SaaS environment or equivalent in consulting
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and dynamics, including ARR, churn, retention, pipeline coverage, and customer lifecycle economics
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; hands-on experience with SQL or Python for data analysis and automation
  • Familiarity with forecasting methodologies, pipeline management best practices, and CRM/reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Outreach, Clari, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to senior leadership
  • Strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a track record of driving structure and clarity in ambiguous environments
  • Experience working across global teams and navigating matrixed organizational structures
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through; can own and take tasks through to completion
  • BA or BS from an accredited university

Responsibilities

  • Manage the global sales forecast, consolidating weekly inputs from regional teams and surfacing trends and risks to executive leadership
  • Maintain and evolve forecasting models (new business and renewals), improving efficiency and accuracy across segments and geographies
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on forecasting cadence, methodology, and definitions
  • Provide ad hoc and recurring analytics support for global Sales Leadership, including cohort analysis, pipeline conversion metrics, and sales performance diagnostics
  • Role may also help drive ongoing business processes such as renewal management
  • Play a leading role in supporting the Strategic AMER region, supporting GTM execution and revenue growth
  • Run and enhance the “run-the-business” cadence: forecast reviews, pipeline health assessments, and QBR support
  • Partner with GTM leaders to identify strategic opportunities and risks across account planning, territory coverage, and deal velocity
  • Develop models and frameworks that surface actionable insights and drive execution against regional and segment-level KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Strategic or Enterprise segments
  • Experience with SaaS renewal workflows and lifecycle automation tools
  • Background in Management Consulting, Finance, or Strategy
