Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly audit and analyze prospectsโ€™ ad libraries, ad performance, competitors' ads and profiles, and relevant industry trends to gain valuable insights into each clientโ€™s landscape and articulate that proposed strategies
  • Conduct creative kickoff calls with clients after a project has signed, collaborating with the paid media team and the client to understand their vision, goals, requirements, and expectations of the creative relationship
  • Educate clients on the strategic rationale behind creative decisions and recommendations, fostering client understanding and buy-in
  • Create project briefs to send to the creative team for creative execution
  • Align with paid ads managers on when to refresh creative and potential upsell opportunities
  • Internally review and approve creative deliverables for client workstreams, handling all feedback, from briefing to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery team to understand whatโ€™s working in platform and iterate
