The candidate should have fluent English skills, previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proficiency in using customer service software, a reliable internet connection, and an appropriate work-from-home setup.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English (Both written and speaking)
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements
