Summary

Join our team as a Full-Cycle Recruiter, working remotely within US hours. This full-time position, operating within the US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for industrial and manufacturing roles. You will collaborate with the Account Manager to define recruitment strategies and attract top talent. Responsibilities include utilizing various sourcing methods, conducting interviews and reference checks, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with job postings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or customer service is required
  • 2 - 3 years of experience directly recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing requirements is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Openness to immediate process changes
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for learning and willingness to develop new skills

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms
  • Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus - particularly Bullhorn
